1. Tender & Bid Management
- Lead and manage the complete tender/bid lifecycle from tender identification to final submission.
- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and client requirements to assess bid feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor tender portals and identify relevant business opportunities.
2. Electrical & Infrastructure Contract Bidding
- Prepare and submit bids for electrical and infrastructure projects.
- Interpret technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Analyze project risks, costing, and commercial terms to develop competitive proposals.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and maintain all tender-related documentation.
- Ensure bids comply with client specifications, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, supporting documents, and tender correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients for pre-bid clarifications and post-bid documentation whenever required.
4. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the bidding team to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide guidance throughout the bidding process.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and bid quality.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the bidding process.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations as required.
- Support management with bid status reports, opportunity tracking, and tender pipeline updates.

- Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal, state e-procurement portals, and other e-tendering platforms.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) or any relevant discipline.
- MBA or PGDM is an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in tendering and bidding.
- Proven experience in managing a bidding team.
- Strong exposure to electrical and infrastructure contract bidding.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Candidates with Solar EPC and international bidding exposure will be preferred.
