You'll own end-to-end campaign execution across leading digital platforms, working alongside planners, strategists, and client teams to deliver performance that clients can see; and businesses can measure.

What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end execution and optimisation of biddable campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, and other performance media platforms.
Continuously analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise against key business metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
Make confident, data-driven decisions on budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and creative performance to maximise campaign outcomes.
Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights that help teams and clients understand not just what happened; but what should happen next.
Partner closely with Planning, Strategy, Client Services, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and consistently achieve business objectives.
Stay ahead of platform updates, automation capabilities, and emerging performance marketing trends, continuously testing new ideas to keep campaigns competitive.
Maintain high standards of campaign quality, accuracy, and operational excellence while managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
- You have solid hands-on experience managing biddable or performance media campaigns, ideally within a media or digital agency.
- You're comfortable making optimization decisions independently and understand how to balance performance, budget, and commercial objectives.
- You enjoy working with data; not just reporting it, but using it to identify opportunities and improve results.
- You're naturally curious and love experimenting with new audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and platform features to unlock better performance.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments, stay organised under pressure, and can confidently manage multiple campaigns at once.
- You're collaborative, proactive, and enjoy sharing ideas that help both campaigns and teams perform better.
- You're available to join a 4-month contract and can start within a short notice period.
