What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of biddable campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, and other performance media platforms.

  • Continuously analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimise against key business metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and revenue.

  • Make confident, data-driven decisions on budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and creative performance to maximise campaign outcomes.

  • Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights that help teams and clients understand not just what happened; but what should happen next.

  • Partner closely with Planning, Strategy, Client Services, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and consistently achieve business objectives.

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, automation capabilities, and emerging performance marketing trends, continuously testing new ideas to keep campaigns competitive.

  • Maintain high standards of campaign quality, accuracy, and operational excellence while managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • You have solid hands-on experience managing biddable or performance media campaigns, ideally within a media or digital agency.
  • You're comfortable making optimization decisions independently and understand how to balance performance, budget, and commercial objectives.
  • You enjoy working with data; not just reporting it, but using it to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • You're naturally curious and love experimenting with new audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and platform features to unlock better performance.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments, stay organised under pressure, and can confidently manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • You're collaborative, proactive, and enjoy sharing ideas that help both campaigns and teams perform better.
  • You're available to join a 4-month contract and can start within a short notice period.
