Job Description
Do you have experience in proposal and sales process management in professional services, consulting or IT? If you would like to help us continue our exceptional growth journey, you could be the new colleague we are looking for to join our Impact Office.
Our Impact Office currently consists of 17 people and is organised as a virtual team with members from each of our practices (service areas) and offices, coordinated by a small, central team.
You will join our Digital Transformation practice (which covers all IT-related services), while also being part of the Impact Office.
Creating commercial impact through collaboration
The aim of our Impact Office is to support and continuously improve Implement’s commercial processes from lead generation to proposal writing, negotiating and winning projects.
As part of a practice, which is the main focus, your role will be to help plan and manage the commercial processes together with the partner team. This includes driving the development of significant and important proposals, supporting lead generation activities and following up on the pipeline of new opportunities.
As part of the Impact Office, you will work with colleagues from other practices and offices to develop Implement’s sales and proposal toolbox and share and implement commercial best practice.
We are looking for people who:
- Have proposal and sales process management experience from professional services, consulting or IT, including planning and driving the sales process from pre-sales to closing the deal.
- Are proactive and helpful and can shape their own role in a group of highly talented, ambitious and fun colleagues.
- Have well-developed people skills and enjoy working in a network-based organisation.
- Can work independently but also enjoy being part of a team.
- Are good at communicating and developing customer insights.
- Have strong PowerPoint skills and experience in developing presentations.
- Are fluent in spoken and written English.
- Hold a master’s degree.
It is an advantage if you have worked with IT and digital projects before and have a general understanding of digital transformation programmes.
We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, and it will not be possible to submit applications once we have filled the open positions, so apply as soon as possible and no later than 31 December 2024.
What we offer
At Implement, you will find few rules and guidelines, and that is on purpose. We aim to create the perfect playground for talent to flourish, and our colleagues enjoy a great deal of autonomy to work in the way that best suits them, their teams and their tasks.
With projects all over the world, you will have 1,800+ colleagues who make up teams based in our offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Munich, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Zurich and Raleigh.
We are proud of our unique culture and our network of highly skilled and helpful colleagues. Together, we share the goal of changing the world of consulting by creating “change with impact”.
What We Do
How can organisations become truly fit for humans and fit for the future? More competitive, adaptable and sustainable – and more innovative, engaging and entrepreneurial?
We believe it calls for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise. It also calls for a certain mindset: that all change starts with people and that consulting is, in essence, helping. And it demands we work in small, agile teams committed to creating impact together with our clients.
Headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in Aarhus, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo, Oslo, Zurich, Munich, Hamburg and Raleigh, we are fortunate to count more than 1000 colleagues working globally with clients on projects of all shapes, sizes and ambitions.
