What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the coordination and production of compliant, high-quality proposals and tender submissions
  • Format and prepare professional documents in line with client requirements and brand standards
  • Manage bid schedules, deadlines, and submission activities
  • Review tender documentation and coordinate response requirements
  • Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders
  • Support proposal lodgements and submission activities
  • Assist with administrative support activities for senior leadership when required
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

About You


We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You may come from administration, project coordination, marketing, sales support, executive assistance, business support, or proposal coordination.
