Salary range $132,000 to $183,000 annually

- Develop, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise BI dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and as needed, Palantir Foundry and Advana.
- Translate validated Government requirements and backlog items into functional dashboards, data models, measures, visualizations, application features, and workflow automation.
- Design and maintain Power BI semantic models, dataflows, calculations, refresh schedules, query performance, and data-quality controls.
- Design, configure, and sustain custom Microsoft Power Apps with interfaces and application logic aligned to DoD UI/UX and accessibility expectations.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows with robust exception handling, monitoring, and operational reliability.
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices linking application and BI features to approved functional requirements.
- Perform unit testing; support Government UAT; remediate critical/high defects before production release; prepare dashboard/application release notes and UAT evidence.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure accurate, performant, and secure data access from CDAO repositories.
- Provide stakeholder support and deliver technical training on BI tools, Power Apps, and related analytics capabilities.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience developing Power BI production dashboards, reports, semantic models, dataflows, and DAX-based calculations.
- Hands-on experience building Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for enterprise users.
- Experience gathering and translating functional requirements into usable analytics and application solutions, including testing and UAT support.
- Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, data quality, security/role-based access, accessibility, and UI/UX practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot refresh, calculation, performance, integration, and workflow issues in production environments.
- Must satisfy applicable DoD/DAF security, cybersecurity-awareness, CUI, OPSEC, and access-training requirements.
- Experience building BI products in Palantir Foundry (Envision, Maven, or Vantage) or Advana.
- Experience supporting DoD/DAF/ANG users and mission-oriented dashboards.
