We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making for our clients and internal stakeholders.
What you will OWN:
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis using SQL and BI tools.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Customer Success, and Client teams.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Contribute to performance optimization initiatives across datasets and reporting environments
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS products or customer loyalty programs is preferred.
