As a BI Analyst within our Technology and Data Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data analytics and governance solutions that support both Global Occupier Services (GOS) service lines and clients. You will be responsible for designing and developing dashboards, conducting custom analytics, and supporting our proprietary Triana platform. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams to drive data-driven decision-making.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored BI solutions and dashboards
Improve reporting processes across service lines
Support Triana platform enhancements and troubleshooting
Cleanse and transform data for analytics
Conduct UAT and ensure reporting consistency
Analyze portfolios and onboard data for clients
Collaborate on dashboard prototypes and tabular models
Train teams and fulfill ad-hoc reporting needs
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or Technology is preferred
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with API, Databricks, DevOps, Python, or SQL is a plus
