Führen und Weiterentwickeln der unterstellten Mitarbeiter in Absprache mit dem Werksleiter
Sicheres Einführen neuer Produkte in den Produktionsmaßstab gemäß Marktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Product/Process Technology
Optimierung und Verringerung des Ressourceneinsatzes wie Roh- und Hilfsstoffen sowie mit Energien
Abstimmung mit den internen Schnittstellen-Funktionen für Kundenanfragen und Kundenaudits
Eigenverantwortliches Beobachten und Entwickeln des eigenen Schulungsbedarfs
Betrieblich
Sicherstellen des genehmigungskonformen Betreibens der Anlagen
Ansprechpartner für Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsbehörden in Abstimmung mit der Werksleitung und der Abteilung EHS
Ausführen der dynamischen Betreiberverantwortung durch dynamische Anpassungen der Anlagen und Prozesse an den Stand der Technik mit Unterstützung von EHS um schädlichen Umweltauswirkungen und sonstigen Gefahren und Belästigungen vorzubeugen
Sicherstellen des Einhaltens von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und firmeninterner Standards zur Arbeits- und Anlagensicherheit sowie des Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes
Sofortiges Einleiten und Dokumentieren von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen vom bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb der Anlagen im Verantwortungsbereich und unmittelbares Melden an die Werksleitung
Durchführen und regelmäßiges Anpassen von Sicherheitsbetrachtungen (SVA´s, PHA´s) im Betriebsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit EHS
Durchführen eines stringenten Änderungs- und Dokumentationsmanagements im Betriebsbereich (MOC)
Aufstellen, Anpassen und Proben von betrieblichen Notfallplänen im Verantwortungsbereich
Planen von Personalressourcen zur Erreichung des Produktionsziels sowie das ständige Weiterentwickeln des vorhandenen Personals
Planen, Kontrollieren, Permanentes Optimieren der Fertigungskosten im Verantwortungsbereich, dabei Sicherstellen der Produktionsziele & der Anlagensicherheit
Sicherstellen einschlägiger Normanforderungen gemäß ISO 9001 und ISO 50001 im Verantwortungsbereich
Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen, die im Produktionsbetrieb Polymere/Elastomere anfallen ggü. der Werksleitung, dem globalen Management und Schnittstellenfunktionen

Qualifications:The following are required for the role
Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Chemie/Chemieingenieurswesen/Verfahrenstechnik sowie Produktionserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie
