Primary Accountabilities
• Be a important contact for employee benefits questions, helping employees understand benefit programs, enrollment requirements, life event changes and where to find resources.
• Manages daily benefits administration activities, including AskHR/ServiceNow cases, enrollment support, eligibility updates, dependent verification follow-up, vendor research and issue resolution.
• Partners with Senior Benefits Specialists, vendors and our teams to ensure benefits are administered and following plan provisions and applicable requirements.
• Identifies employee experience trends, recurring questions and operational pain points, and helps recommend practical improvements to benefit processes, communications and tools.
• Contributes to benefit design, administration process improvement discussions by sharing employee feedback, operational insights and data-supported recommendations.
• Supports Annual Enrollment, post-enrollment activities, year-end processes, audits, reporting, communications and other high-volume benefits periods.
• Maintains clear process documentation, job aids and team resources to support administration, knowledge sharing and scalable ways of working.
• Contributes to benefits-related projects as assigned, including testing, communications, data review, vendor coordination, implementation support and post-implementation improvement.
• Escalates complex issues while overseeing, status updates and resolution of assigned items.
• Builds relationships across the Benefits Administration team and with HR partners, vendors and other company partners.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or service in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or, programs, policies and related systems quickly.
•Managing multiple employee inquiries, deadlines and recurring administrative processes.

• Demonstrated ability to research issues, analyze information, identify options and recommend practical solutions.
