Job Description

AZZ is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team at our Fort Worth Texas corporate office. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you’ll be responsible for administering and supporting employee benefits programs while delivering excellent customer service and resolving day-to-day benefit-related inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits programs and inquiries
  • Address and resolve day-to-day benefits-related concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Utilize HR systems such as Oracle R12 or People Connect to manage benefits data and processes
  • Support open enrollment activities and benefits communications

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience administering employee benefits programs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Oracle R12 and/or People Connect preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Minimum Education

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required, and/or equivalent work experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • HR certifications strongly preferred.
