Provides technical support for coil coating and metal-processing manufacturing facilities. Leads process improvements, equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, combustion-system optimization, capital projects, equipment upgrades, engineering calculations, and startup activities. Uses process historians and automation tools to improve productivity, energy efficiency, safety, and reliability. Coordinates vendors, contractors, departments, and construction activities while supporting thermal systems and industrial process equipment.

Administers employee benefits, leave of absence, and ADA accommodation programs; handles employee inquiries, open enrollment, vendor coordination, education events, communications, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and benefits data analysis. Partners with HR, Payroll, carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, resolve discrepancies, and recommend program improvements.

Supports financial performance management for the Metals Coatings division through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, cost management, and financial modeling. Partners with plant and corporate leaders to identify trends, improve profitability, control costs, evaluate capital investments, and support business decisions. Maintains Essbase/Hyperion and Oracle reporting systems while developing expertise across FP&A, accounting, and strategic finance.

Performs FP&A, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, ROI analysis, and acquisition due diligence. Partners with regional, plant, operations, commercial, HR, MIS, accounting, and finance teams to identify profitability, cost reduction, working capital, and efficiency opportunities. Supports contract negotiations, month-end close, KPI standardization, benchmarking, process improvement, investment decisions, and management presentations.

Manages corporate accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP and SOX compliance, account reconciliations, financial analysis, controls, and accounting procedures. Oversees Oracle account structures, rollforwards, balance sheet and income statement reporting, and process improvements. Leads, mentors, and develops the accounting team while collaborating with internal audit, finance teams, and technical accounting. Requires domestic travel of up to 10%.

Administer and support the proprietary DGS platform across galvanizing facilities. Responsibilities include managing users and permissions, monitoring performance and data integrity, troubleshooting software, hardware, connectivity, and data issues, supporting upgrades and implementations, maintaining documentation, coordinating with IT and vendors, training plant personnel, and traveling regularly to manufacturing sites.

Performs corporate accounting activities including month-end general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll support, journal entries, reconciliations, and special assignments. The role supports business units by resolving accounting issues and ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, US GAAP, and applicable SEC regulations. It is an onsite position at the company’s Fort Worth corporate office.

Promote and sell galvanizing services to steel fabricators within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, managing leads, recommending services, quoting prices, negotiating timelines, supporting project bids, attending trade events, monitoring market conditions, and collaborating on sales strategies. The role requires regional travel, strong customer service and communication skills, organization, self-motivation, and a valid driver's license.

Support month-end close and GAAP-compliant journal entries, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, administer customer agreements and deal reviews, assist budgeting and forecasting, support audits and inventories, drive ERP integration and process improvements, and deliver financial insights to cross-functional teams.
