As Benefits Operations Manager, you own the day-to-day operational engine behind our benefits offering, with primary responsibility for the US market. You manage the platforms, carriers, brokers, and processes that get employees enrolled accurately, keep data clean across systems, and ensure billing and compliance are airtight.
You're hands-on with the tools of the trade — Employee Navigator and bswift — and you know how US carriers like Cigna and the major medical, dental, vision, and ancillary providers actually operate. You partner closely with our Benefits lead, Operations, Payroll, Finance, and our EOR teams to deliver a benefits experience that scales as we grow.
