As a rapidly expanding organization, we provide hands-on learning experiences and exposure to real-world projects that support both personal and professional development.

Interns will work closely with experienced team members on our key segment benefits team, gain insights into our business operations, and contribute to meaningful client service initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to travel to our corporate office in Richmond, VA, where you will connect with fellow interns, network with company leaders, and participate in a volunteer event. This internship may lead to full-time employment opportunities upon graduation. We're excited to help you grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Employee Benefits team across a wide range of operational activities with professionalism.

  • Learn our agency management system and shadow Account Managers and Producers.

  • Support the front-line service team by assisting with daily administrative and client-service tasks.

  • Attend client renewal meetings and support preparation of materials.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

  • Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
