Key Responsibilities:
Support the Employee Benefits team across a wide range of operational activities with professionalism.
Learn our agency management system and shadow Account Managers and Analytics Associates.
Support the front-line service team by assisting with daily administrative and client-service tasks.
Enter and maintain plan information, run benefits-related reports as needed, and process enrollments and terminations with carriers accurately and on time.
Respond to client questions, providing clear, helpful information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
Prepare and organize client deliverables, including PowerPoint decks, meeting notes, and enrollment and renewal documentation.
Request, process, and document carrier renewals; follow up on data requests.
Organize and maintain SharePoint sites, assist with deliverables, and create dashboards in Excel for databases.
Attend client renewal meetings and support preparation of materials.
Maintain a consistent, high level of service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professional
