Job Description

What You'll Bring

You bring 2–4 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, total rewards, or HR shared services, ideally supporting multiple European countries. You have hands-on experience coordinating benefits administration and working with external vendors, brokers, or service providers. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is expected. You manage multiple priorities with care and deliver high-quality operational support. You have an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. You communicate clearly in English — written and spoken — and French language skills are a strong plus.

What You'll Build

You'll manage the day-to-day operations of SAP's EMEA benefits programs — covering pensions, insurances, transportation, and more. You'll resolve employee benefits inquiries and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely outcomes. You'll lead operational delivery with external benefits vendors, running performance reviews and driving continuous improvement. You'll monitor KPIs, service levels, and utilization data to spot opportunities and improve efficiency. You'll serve as the primary operational advisor within the Benefits CoE, guiding teams on administration, processes, and policy changes. You'll also support the rollout of new benefits initiatives and harmonization projects across EMEA.

Where You Belong

You'll join the Benefits Center of Expertise, a team with global oversight of SAP's benefits portfolio. The team drives SAP's benefits strategy to improve administrative efficiency, consistency, and employee experience. Your work will help align costs to market benchmarks while delivering an above-market benefits experience across EMEA.

SAP Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about SAP and has not been reviewed or approved by SAP.

  • Fair & Transparent Compensation — Pay is considered competitive and fair overall, with satisfaction higher in certain roles and geographies, especially sales with strong on‑target earnings. Feedback suggests compensation is above average for a large enterprise software employer even if not at the very top of the tech market.
  • Leave & Time Off Breadth — Generous paid time off, holidays, volunteer time, and a formal sabbatical option are part of the total rewards. These offerings contribute meaningfully to overall value even when base salary alone may feel mid‑pack.
  • Healthcare Strength — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSAs/FSAs and mental‑health support, form a robust core of the package. Paired with other coverages, this breadth reinforces strong total compensation value.
