Partnering closely with Executive Planning Consultants, you will support executives throughout their financial planning journey, delivering personalized guidance, deepening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also support targeted client engagement initiatives, ensure all client interactions and documentation meet compliance standards, and proactively address complex client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring- Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

The Executive Services team acts as a single point of contact for workplace plan executives. It incorporates their benefit and plan provisions into the planning process. The team presents offerings to executives, board members, and plan sponsors. It also provides an elevated level of assistance for brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.
As your knowledge and planning skills grow, you provide benefits education and financial planning guidance to a growing base of executives. In partnership with multiple Executive Planning Consultants, you implement a structured client contact strategy.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
