Position Summary:The Benefits Analyst supports the U.S. and global employee benefits lifecycle. This role serves as a key contact for enrollments, resource navigation, claims, and wellbeing programs. As part of the Total Rewards Team, the role ensures benefit alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and employee retention. The analyst partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, HRIS, brokers, and vendors to optimize operational efficiency and data accuracy.Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Benefits Administration & Employee Support
Serve as primary contact for U.S. and global benefits/wellbeing inquiries.
Administer enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, COBRA, terminations, and claims.
Resolve complex eligibility, enrollment, payroll, carrier, and claims issues.
Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors for seamless administration.
Support country-specific benefit programs and international vendor relationships.
Systems, HRIS & Process Optimization
Partner on HRIS configuration, integrations, carrier feeds, testing, and audits.
Maintain benefits administration procedures, workflows, and standard documentation.
Adopt AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Compliance, Reporting & Audits
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and global regulations.
Coordinate data gathering for regulatory filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing.
Monitor emerging regulatory requirements impacting employee benefit programs.
Develop benefit and wellbeing policies, practices, and procedures.
Protect data privacy and security of confidential health information.
Analytics, Reconciliations & Financial Administration
Analyze enrollment trends, utilization metrics, and reports to guide strategy.
Perform pay-period and monthly benefit reconciliations and billing audits.
Maintain accurate benefit records and databases for compliance and renewals.
Prepare metrics, reports, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel.
Employee Communications, Engagement & Events
Develop communications, presentations, campaigns, and onboarding/annual enrollment materials.
Plan benefit meetings, webinars, and events with vendors and stakeholders.
Gather employee feedback and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
Vendor Management & Cross-Functional Partnership
Monitor vendor performance, service delivery, and escalated issues.
Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business Partners.
Support M&A activities including benefits comparisons, transitions, and onboarding.
Execute additional HR programs, projects, and operational initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily focused on benefits.
Knowledge: HR concepts, practices, procedures, and benefits regulations.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Systems: Hands-on experience managing benefits modules within an HRIS.
Skills: Strong organization, analytics, and oral/written communication.
Execution: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
Plans: Experience with Self-Insured Plans.
Scope: Experience with global benefits or international HR management.
Systems: Specific Workday and ADP experience.
Certifications: CEBS and/or PHR certification.

The annual salary range for this role is: $64,980 - $111,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
