Dobbs Tire and Auto is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs across our growing organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring team members receive an exceptional benefits experience while helping the company maintain compliance, cost effectiveness, and operational excellence. The Benefits Analyst will leverage data, systems, and employee feedback to drive informed decision-making and support a culture that values employee wellbeing and engagement. This position partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, vendors, and leadership to deliver best-in-class benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Administer and support all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave programs.
- Analyze benefits utilization, enrollment trends, costs, and employee participation to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary resource for employees regarding benefit eligibility, enrollment, plan provisions, claims issues, and benefit-related questions.
- Partner with third-party vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective administration and resolution of benefit-related concerns.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, including communications, employee education, system configuration, testing, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other benefits-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee benefit records and HRIS data while performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide leadership with meaningful insights into benefits performance and workforce trends.
- Support acquisition integrations, benefit transitions, and organizational growth initiatives by ensuring seamless implementation of benefit programs.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness of benefit offerings.

- This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment- work from work is required

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, benefits analysis, HR operations, or a related Human Resources function
- Experience administering multi-state employee benefit programs preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable benefits regulations
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred but not required
