Some overtime may be required.
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour.

About the Beneficiary Support Associate role:
- As a valued member of the Beneficiary Support Team, you’ll be a steady, compassionate presence for individuals navigating sensitive life transitions. You’ll serve as a trusted guide—answering questions, offering reassurance, and walking beneficiaries through their available options with care and clarity.
- Each interaction is deeply meaningful. You’ll manage a consistent volume of inbound calls, provide resolutions, and communicate important information and navigate multiple systems —all while maintaining grace under pressure. Alongside your call duties, you may also be asked to perform back-office duties, such as processing claims, filing paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
Your role is rooted in empathy, communication, and professionalism. You’re not just answering phones, you’re helping people find peace and understanding during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Requirements:
- We’re seeking individuals with a heart for service, a calm presence, and a passion for providing thoughtful support. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience supporting employee benefits or working in a benefits call center
- Preferred: Background in health and welfare benefits or similar support roles
- Empathy and emotional intelligence when engaging with others
- Keyboarding and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and solve problems efficiently
- A professional demeanor with the ability to maintain focus in emotionally charged situations
- A high school diploma or GED
Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required for this position, which includes education and previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each).

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920.00 - $39,900.00.
