Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technical Data Specialist (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.
As a technical Data Specialist you will join Tech data 3D activities working for Beluga XL program & collaborating with ATI and program organizations.

We are small, transnational and very agile Tech Data team growing and working on future way of working within Tech Data.
Our mission is to contribute to the transformation of Tech Data by developing 3D authoring know how and capability for 3D authoring in the future.
Our perimeter includes: complete transnational WB range of Tech Data and recently 3D Tech Data perimeter for Beluga XL.
Our main interfaces are: ATI as our customer, BXL program management, Airbus engineering and SB organization and finally Tech Data product leader and program management.
Our environment is agile, complex & challenging.
Your challenges
Your challenge will be to develop your competencies in 3D AMM and TSM authoring. The usage of our 3D tool (3DJUUMP, Cortona…) becomes mandatory for you to create 3D IPC and load the meta data to complete the documentation.
You will ensure the configuration management of the data and will be answering to customer´s requests.
As a preparation of your activities you will assess Aircraft Design Criteria (Service Bulletin, Customer Originate Change, MPM...) and related sources for Technical Manual Impact.
You will be responsible to develop the future way of working within 3D Tech Data environment and prepare the training for the remaining tech data community.
You will ensure continuous improvement & lead personally initiatives to improve the way of working.
You will witness the direct impact of your work through an end-to-end internal authoring and verification process, with direct feedback and privileged collaborative work with ATI Airlines.
Your boarding pass:
Knowledge in aeronautical systems and structures
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and technical data
Good knowledge in maintenance documentation (AMM, TSM, IPC and SRM Ident) and authoring tools (DACAS…)
Good understanding of aircraft configuration (MPM, SB and COC)
Contributing to ensure the highest level of Customer’s satisfaction
Proactive, good team player with organizational skills
Interested in deeper analysis of complex and technical problem solving
With good communication skills, curious, enthusiastic and open-minded
You have an intermediate level in English.
You appreciate working in transnational environments and you are customer minded.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in 3D Modeling and DMU (CATIA , 3Djuump)
Google scripts understanding (JAVASCRIPT)
