You’ll be the face of Hangar 24’s craft beer experience—helping guests discover new favorites and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment. If you love craft beer, connecting with people, and creating memorable moments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing- Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Educate guests on beer styles, flavors, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area
- Open/close tabs and process transactions accurately
- Monitor guest experience and ensure responsible service
- Support team members to keep service running smoothly
- Passion for craft beer and guest experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and attentive with alcohol service
- Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment
- Ability to lift up to 165 lbs (kegs, cases, bar supplies) and perform repetitive motions (pouring, reaching, bending)
- Previous bartending or service experience preferred
