Bear's Den Winter 26-27

Job Summary:

The Bear’s Den is a mid-mountain refreshment center for guests to take a break, warm up and enjoy the view. There is hot food, warm drinks, cocktails, beer and snacks to enjoy inside the Den or from the porch with a close view of the Bear Chair lift. Bear’s Den staff are multi-talented and can work independently to operate this stand-alone venue. The Bear’s Den is open Friday-Sunday with extra shifts during holiday season and extra weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cash handling and end of day cash reporting
• Operation Point of Sale system
• Stocking, prepping and serving food and beverage
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Multi-tasking while providing a positive guest experience

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
• Ski/snowboard ability required
• No formal experience required; training provided

Other Requirements:

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time
• Must be available to work during the day on weekends with additional shifts for holidays
• Must have a reliable transportation plan that allows for timely arrival to and from the worksite for all scheduled shifts
