Process Orientation & Management
- Tracking and reporting of Contractual Compliance performance for the Geo
- Adherence to Transition tollgate review process
- Planning & coverage of Certifications/ Audits
- Self-Assessment Implementation and coverage
- Client CSAT, CHC, and iCSAT process implementation
Project planning & implementation
- Initiate, plan, manage and communicate implementations for Corporate BE-driven initiatives and tools across all applicable programs for the Geo
- Liaise between Corporate BE team in India and PH Geo and provide updates on current projects and implementations
- Identify opportunities to enable other functions achieve strategic goals through business excellence
- Gather project requirement and perform GAP analysis
- Communicate and report status to key stakeholders
- Facilitate change management, performance evaluation & facilitating diverse learning
Performance against Budgets / Targets
- Cost saved by driving process improvement and efficient utilization of BE budgets
