The Business Development Manager – Secure Networking is responsible for driving the growth and go-to-market execution of the Secure Networking practice.

This role focuses on pipeline acceleration, vendor ecosystem management, portfolio development, and strategic business growth across the Secure Networking domain. The BDM acts as a key link between sales, vendors, presales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives and business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial skills with a solid understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure trends, including AI-driven networking, automation, secure connectivity, P5G, IoT and digital resilience.


Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market & Business Development

  • Drive go-to-market initiatives aligned with the Secure Networking strategy and growth objectives.
  • Accelerate pipeline growth through campaigns, strategic account alignment, and opportunity development.
  • Support integrated networking and cybersecurity go-to-market motions and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account managers and specialized sales teams to identify and grow strategic opportunities.

Vendor & Portfolio Management

  • Own and drive strategic vendor business plans and action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders.
  • Track vendor-related KPIs, pipeline targets, enablement objectives, and growth initiatives.
  • Act as portfolio owner for the Secure Networking domain and identify opportunities for new solutions, services, and go-to-market offerings.
  • Contribute to the positioning and launch of new solutions and services together with leadership, presales, and delivery teams.

Demand Generation & Governance

  • Drive demand generation initiatives including events, workshops, campaigns, and vendor-led activities.
  • Support sales enablement through positioning, messaging, and market insights.
  • Monitor pipeline health and help drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and business insights regarding pipeline evolution, vendor initiatives, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, presales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.

Knowledge and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies and market trends.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the convergence between networking and security domains.
  • Strong commercial and business development mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for innovation and emerging technologies within networking and cybersecurity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, strategic sales, vendor management, or go-to-market roles within the technology industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise networking vendors and technologies.
  • Experience driving pipeline growth, strategic initiatives, and vendor business plans.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, presales, delivery, and leadership teams in a matrix organization.

Experience in Secure Networking, AI-driven networking, hybrid infrastructure, or related domains is considered a plus
