Lead Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Professional to expand market penetration, win new business, and deliver measurable value across a defined territory. What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of a territory or customer base with the mission to grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and capture competitively held business. Your responsibilities include:
- Business Development Strategy — Develop and execute annual business development plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Applications teams to understand market needs and customer requirements.
- New Business Acquisition — Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities, including ROI modelling and value‑delivery documentation.
- Sales Funnel Management — Maintain an accurate, prioritised pipeline in our CRM system to ensure visibility and focus on key opportunities.
- Account Profitability — Manage pricing to maximise account performance.
- Customer Satisfaction — Build strong, lasting relationships that drive retention and sustainable growth.
- Safety & Process Review — Continuously evaluate applications and procedures to identify safety improvements.
