& Social Media Engagement: Create engaging
content, run targeted campaigns, and build connections to generate leads.
• Lead
Generation & Conversion: Engage prospects
via calls, social media, and demos to convert them into clients.
• Networking
& Events: Represent the company at HR/Tech forums, industry events, and client
meetings to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
RequirementsSkills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or ABM,
preferably in HR Placement or Shared Services industry.
• Expertise in LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing, and B2B lead generation.
• Strong communication,
