- Monitor and provide competitor and/or customer feedback and/or activities to Head Office;
- External - To develop and build long-term business relationships from different stakeholders and new customers accounts from different segments and industries;
- Internal - To develop and build long-term business relationship with Branch Managers, RMs, CSO & others
- Coaches and counsels BDC Staff to reflect company service standards and procedures in after every activities/events
- Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates each piece of activities/event business to ensure business can be properly serviced and improves
- Drive and achieve monthly new sales acquisition targets assigned by senior management.
- Consistently to develop opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management in support of the Bank’s operations.
