Lithia Nissan of Clovis is looking for an experienced, customer-focused BDC Administrator to join our high-performing team. If you have a proven background in automotive Business Development Centers (BDC), enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries.
- Schedule sales appointments for our dealership.
- Follow up with leads using phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Confirm appointments and support showroom traffic.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience with every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous automotive BDC experience is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience using dealership CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The Hourly Pay for this position is $17.00, with bonus opportunities based on Individual Appointments Shown/Sold.
Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
