Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced call center and BDC representatives
  • Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers

What You'll Do:

  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
  • Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
  • Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Skills Required

  • Experience as call center or BDC representative
  • Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail, hospitality, business development experience
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience with professional, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
  • Computer and phone skills for scheduling and lead follow-up
  • Saturday availability (one weekday off) and full-time schedule
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Compliance with drug-free workplace policies (drug screening)
