About the OpportunityWhat You'll Be Doing
Responsible for driving the strategy for affiliate user growth, including but not limited to:

Creating and executing affiliate user growth campaigns aimed at increasing FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM KPIs

Partnering with communities to launch campaigns with KOLs

Developing a strategy to manage the affiliate user lifecycle

Providing support to the Affiliate Growth team as required
Your performance/OKRs will be evaluated based on:

The total number of affiliate users

Conversion rate and churn of affiliate users

Affiliate users' FTT, TV, revenue, and AUM metrics
