Group Business Continuity Management Director, Telia
We are seeking a highly experienced Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) Director to drive governance and execution of business continuity across our Group and in close collaboration with our Countries. This role plays a key part in enabling operational resilience, ensuring regulatory alignment, and protecting value through coordinated risk and technology efforts.
As Group BCM Director you will define and maintain the Group BCM framework with relevant standards, best practices etc. You will also ensure evaluation and ongoing maturity of continuity documentation and capabilities. Naturally, you will consult and support operational processes and local execution in areas as:
- Operational planning and risk management, which include operational planning and control, business impact analysis, and risk assessments.
- Development of continuity strategies, solutions, and detailed plans and procedures.
- Testing, Exercising, and Program Evaluation, where you design and execution of testing and exercising programs to validate continuity plans.
- Integration Across Functions and Technologies where you fcilitate integration of Business Continuity Management (BCM) into IT, Cyber Security, Privacy, Data Governance, and technology architecture.
- Collaboration with Group and Country teams to embed BCM into infrastructure, mobile networks, and cloud platforms, and manage BCM reporting and coordination at the Group level.
Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate has big 4 or top-tier consultancy experience (+10 years), ideally in risk, technology assurance or resilience (+15 years). You have strong technical foundation in Information Technology, Cyber Security, and Business Continuity. Furthermore, you have expertise in Privacy, Data Governance, IT architecture, and infrastructure. While you have Proven ability to lead in complex, matrixed, international environments, you also have a solid understanding of mobile technologies, network infrastructure, and telecom operating models.
