BALANCE CARRIED FORWARD ANALYSTDepartment: Single Family

Wage: $14.50 + Performance Bonus

Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)Overview

Balance Carried Forward (BCF) Analysts research past due balances and transfers to determine why accounts are delinquent. You are also responsible to resolve these issues and ensure client accounts are current and in good-standing. As you solve these problems quickly, you will help prevent costly late fees. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with utility providers to ensure client accounts are current 
  • Resolve outstanding balances
  • Find errors in misapplied payments
  • Document errors and causes of previous balances in Conservice database
  • Medium phone usage-more than 50% of the day making outbound calls to providers.
