Role Overview:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Banqueting Supervisor to join our Banqueting team. The role will support the Banqueting Manager in ensuring the seamless execution of events, adhering to Four Seasons' exceptional standards and procedures. You will deliver impeccable service at all times while providing leadership and management for the department.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of banqueting events.

  • Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Manage and support the banqueting team, providing guidance and training to maintain consistent service quality.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution, from setup to breakdown.

  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs to create memorable experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in food and beverage operations.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

  • Immaculate personal presentation.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
