Job Description
Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Qualifications
- Previous working experience in Linux system administration (CentOS, RedHat) and/or UNIX (HP-UX, AIX, Solaris);
- Experience in DNS management;
- Expert in Ansible/Web Application Servers – Weblogic is a plus;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP and IPV4/IPV6 (desirable);
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical skills;
- French (plus).
