The Sales Support Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of multiple production support functions to fulfill product requirements for clients.
• Provides day-to-day client servicing, handle and provide timely resolution to client issues.
• Completes all assigned tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• previous year relevant experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelors degree

Funciones del puesto y principales tareas:

• Enlace con los equipos de RH para la administración de los esquemas de incentivos y metas.
• Lograr que el esquema en todo momento mantenga equilibrio en el presupuesto, gasto y la obtención de incentivos (fuerza de ventas).
• Seguimiento a los principales indicadores de la dirección de Socios Comerciales y converjan en el esquema de incentivos
• Gestionar los ajustes necesarios al esquema, de acuerdo al comportamiento y necesidades de la Dirección.
• Alcanzar metas establecidas y propuestas, así como llegar a la toma de decisiones
• Capacitar a la fuerza de ventas los esquemas de incentivos
• Elaboración y seguimiento de KPI’s e indicadores de negocio

Escolaridad:

• Licenciatura (Titulado deseado) en Administración,Mercadotecnia, Economía, Informática, Matemáticas o a fin

1 año de experiencia laboral:

• Planes de incentivos y/o planeación estratégica en
• incentivos
• Elaboración y seguimiento de KPI’s e Indicadores

Conocimientos:

• Facilidad de negociación
• Esquemas de compensación
• Manejo de bases de datos
• Business  intelligence and analytics

Conocimientos tecnológicos:

• Manejo de Microsoft Office intermedio
• Presentaciones ejecutivas
• Manejo de KPI´s
