The Opportunity
We're looking for outstanding Senior Backend Engineers to join our team, specializing in facial recognition, advanced liveness detection, and comprehensive ID processing and validation. If you're driven by the challenge of tackling real-world problems with state-of-the-art machine learning, we'd love to have you on board.
About the Role
Incode is seeking Senior Software Backend Engineers. Our core values revolve around quality, integrity and impact. We want to bring in someone who will help us to grow this company and build our company culture.
You will help us build our main backend infrastructure and API services from the ground up. We place a high premium on communication, good design and clean implementation. Above all other factors, we are looking for smart, driven candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity as we revolutionize sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of backend and DevOps engineers
- Write high quality code with test coverage
- Participate in code reviews
- Develop services from model design to support in production.
- To be not afraid of difficult engineering problems such as
- Extracting services from monolith
- Complex data migrations
- Expertise in developing robust and scalable backend systems with architectures capable of supporting millions of active users
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin
- Experience with spring framework ecosystem
- Experience with observability tools
- Experience with SQL/No SQL databases
- Experience in designing domain models and web API
- Quality oriented approach to software development
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with ML centric systems would be a plus
