Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design backend services and APIs.
- Manage MongoDB databases.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- You will report to line Manager
- Improve performance and ensure scalability of our backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Ensure security and data protection standards are maintained.
- Develop a performant data pipeline to save cyberthreat metadata in a MongoDB and make it available by a versioned, authenticated internal API .
- The API will be used to fetch data to display to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands on development experience
- Experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with API development (RESTful or GraphQL).
- Expertise in MongoDB and database design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
