Backend Developer-Lead

Infoya is a fast-growing technology solutions company dedicated to building innovative, scalable, and high-performance software products. We are looking for a strong Java Tech Lead who can guide teams, make architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Caching, and Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end technical solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
  
• Architect, build, and enhance microservices-based systems using Spring Boot.
  
• Drive performance optimization using effective caching strategies.
  
• Implement robust and efficient multithreading and concurrency mechanisms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
  
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning.
  

• Strong expertise in Core Java (7+ years)
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
  
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
  
• Expertise in Caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.)
  
• Solid understanding and practical experience in Multithreading & Concurrency
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and system design knowledge
  
• Experience with REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud integration
  

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
