We are currently looking for our future Back Office Specialist who will be based in Wabtec, Katy Wroclawskie, Poland.
Who will you be working with?
You will be reporting to the Plant Director.
How will you make a difference?
As a Back Office Specialist you will be responsible for creating and promoting the company's culture, ensuring efficient front desk operations, organizing business meetings and travel.
What do we want to know from you?
- You have at least 2 years of experience
- You can speak English (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
- You’re experienced in process management
- You have the ability to make quick decisions in the change process and to organize your own work
- You have excellent communication skills and diplomacy
- You know how to use MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
What will your typical day look like?
- Creating and being the voice of the culture of our Company and Team
- Managing the car fleet (10 cars)
- Handling employees transport
- Managing the back office matters (reception, kitchen related)
- Keeping the archives and maintaining a central register of contracts
- Organizing business meetings and business travel (booking of hotels and flights)
