ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- DOES
- Oversees and manages the Vendor/s assigned for Device management
- Oversees materials warehousing ensuring inventory is secure and conducts regular reviews and site visits to mitigate losses
- Manages and monitors delivery fulfillment of devices and collaterals for B2B merchant partners
- Regularly reviews & evaluates vendor performance as agreed and documented in vendor contracts
- Delivers regular feedback on the progress of all delivery requests
- Delivers quick resolutions on escalations regarding device operations (i.e. warehousing, kitting, delivery, etc.)
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with device vendors in a cost -effective manner while maintaining service standards.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Governance, etc)
- Drives continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and uphold performance excellence to achieve KPIs
- DISPLAYS
- Experience in vendor management and project management
- Knowledge of Logistics and Delivery Process
- Ability to approach a problem in analytical and systematic way
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relations
- Operations and process excellence background
- Ability to plan, implement and monitor processes in operations for process improvement
- Good understanding of technology systems and multi system dependencies
- DELIVERS
- Maintain relationships with key vendors and couriers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly report on Device requests fulfillment and delivery statuses.
- Handle escalations related to Device vendor management and delivery-related complaints.
- Regular coordination meetings with vendors and coaching sessions with the inorganic staff.
- Conduct training of vendors as needed.
- Develop process improvement to enhance the quality of service and turnaround time for device operations.
- Update contract for device re: pricelock and ensure SLAs of suppliers and vendors are met (Device Vendor, Warehousing vendor, Couriers, Collaterals and SIMs)
- Conduct the set frequency of audit of vendors
