New Business Acquisition: Identify emerging commercial opportunities and drive new business acquisition within the corporate B2B sector.
Contract Management: Structure, negotiate, and interpret legally binding corporate contracts to secure long-term business partnerships.
Solution Architecture: Deliver tailored solutions and value propositions centred around specialised vehicle fleet management systems.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed predetermined monthly and annual installation and sales targets to support commercial growth.
Database Optimisation: Maintain, develop, and leverage an active client database to systematically secure repeat and add-on business.
Pipeline Management: Balance sales pipelines to consistently achieve an average composition of 20% first-time clients and 80% expansion business from existing accounts.
Customer Service Delivery: Deliver end-to-end customer service and resolve account queries or administrative requests responsibly.
Technical Product Assessment: Undergo continuous product assessments to maintain an expert understanding of internal IoT and telematics solutions.
Corporate Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact corporate presentations to diverse stakeholder groups and decision-makers.
Activity Metric Maintenance: Sustain expected daily and weekly sales activity metrics as defined by commercial management frameworks.
Performance Reporting: Compile and submit thorough weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales performance reports to the leadership team.
Administrative Governance: Oversee all standard administrative functions, including the timeous generation and submission of accurate client quotes.

Requirements
A relevant Diploma or Degree coupled with formal sales training certifications or a recognised professional sales qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of external sales experience operating within the corporate B2B, FMCG, pharmaceutical, IoT, or telematics sectors.
A proven, verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within a corporate environment.
Valid driver's licence and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle.
Advanced interpersonal communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
Strong organisational proficiency and a structured approach to time management.
Experience working directly with vehicle fleet management solutions or telematics systems networks.
