We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join the B2B Sales team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ. 

As a Sales Development Representative (B2B Outbound), you will play a key role in building Grover’s new business pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across defined target segments. Reporting directly to the Team Lead B2B, you will work closely with Account Executives to convert outbound efforts into qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hunting-focused role where success is measured not just by activity, but by the quality and conversion of the pipeline you generate. You will take ownership of your outreach strategy, continuously refine messaging, and help shape a scalable outbound engine within the B2B team. 🎯  What you will contribute:

  • Proactively build and manage a qualified outbound pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and business strategy.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and assess sales qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure high-quality SQL handover and conversion into opportunities.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve outbound messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and structured activity tracking in HubSpot to ensure data-driven decision-making.

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or business development, ideally in fast-paced tech or subscription models.
  • Proven ability to generate a qualified pipeline, not just meetings (you understand what “good” looks like).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Resilience and ownership mindset, you are comfortable operating in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
