What you get to do:

As the B2B Sales Analyst, you will support the Domestic Reseller Sales team by owning the day-to-day performance, integration, and troubleshooting of United Parks & Resorts' B2B sales platform. This position is responsible for ensuring sales staff and reseller/OTA partners have a reliable, well-integrated platform to transact business, and serves as the primary technical liaison between the sales organization, IT, and platform vendors. The B2B Sales Platform Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Domestic Reseller Sales, and will play a key role in protecting revenue and partner relationships by resolving platform issues quickly and supporting integration projects that expand our distribution capabilities.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting the B2B sales platform, working directly with sales staff and reseller/OTA clients to identify and resolve errors as they occur
  • Support API integration projects between the B2B platform and third-party partner systems, coordinating with internal IT and external vendor technical teams
  • Monitor platform performance and data integrity (rates, availability, inventory feeds, booking flows) to proactively identify issues before they impact partners
  • Act as liaison between the sales organization and IT/engineering resources, translating business needs into technical requirements and technical constraints into plain-language updates for sales leadership
  • Partner with reseller and OTA account contacts to test new integrations, onboard new partners onto the platform, and validate connectivity prior to go-live
  • Maintain documentation of platform configurations, integration specs, known issues, and standard troubleshooting procedures
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform updates, patches, and new partner integrations
  • Provide training and reference materials to sales staff on platform functionality and first-line troubleshooting steps

What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant business/technical experience, preferably supporting B2B or e-commerce platforms
  • Working knowledge of API concepts (REST APIs, data feeds, system integrations) sufficient to communicate effectively with technical teams and vendors
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose whether an issue is data, configuration, or system-related
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, ticketing, or attractions industry supporting B2B or reseller platforms is a strong preference
  • Familiarity with distribution or channel management systems (e.g., OTA connectivity platforms, channel managers, DerbySoft or similar)
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues and projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic SQL or data querying skills a plus
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a "no job is too small" approach to platform support
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, IT, and external vendor partners to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
