Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses
  • 1st Year earnings typically range from $60,000 - $95,000+ (depending on individual performance. Income potential grows as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue.
  • Top Performers have the ability to exceed this range
  • $100K+ attainable as recurring revenue builds

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Sell a full range of Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Collaborate with Service and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The Account Executive is a solutions / consultative sales role where you will be solving your client's business challenges by offering relevant and compelling software, hardware, and professional services solutions.
