Payment Value Added Service team offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (BillMatrix, CheckFreePay, SnapPay) for enterprise merchants and government entities to automate their workflows and leverage data to drive strategic business outcomes. SnapPay is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that makes B2B Accounts Receivable payments easier, faster, secure and more efficient between sellers and buyers. We help organizations digitally transform their “Order-to-Cash” lifecycle with leading capabilities for e-commerce/offline payments, electronic invoice presentment and payment tool integrated with industry ERP providers, actionable data insights to improve payment collections, and value-added services that broaden value proposition to merchants (surcharging, tokenization, intelligent gateways).

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead, manage, and scale the flagship SnapPay platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing enterprise, middle market customer pain points and needs, driving feature enhancements, and steering the evolution of the core SnapPay vision, roadmap, and execution. We are looking for someone with deep product discipline and understands what it takes to innovate a mature product in a high revenue, high volume environment. As you grow in role, you will champion and evangelize SnapPay across various Fiserv teams to identify synergies and experiment upsell/cross-sell opportunities for users to benefit from incremental services.
Backlog Management & Delivery Execution
- Translate the product strategy (epics, feature) into detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the product backlog for multiple Scrum teams and ensure items are well-groomed and prioritized for delivery.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.
Agile Team Collaboration
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for development teams on business/functional requirements.
- Capture use cases, answer queries, unblock teams, and ensure consistent delivery velocity.
- Conduct sprint reviews and ensure high-quality demos to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with Product Manager, engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders (legal, compliance, marketing, solutions, sales, etc)
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies proactively and transparently.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business needs and user expectations.
Technical & Domain Execution
- Bring strong technical background to engage confidently with Engineering teams on design, feasibility, and constraints.
- Understand data flows, integrations, system behavior, and API-level details to make informed decisions.
- Exposure to B2B payments or fintech is a strong advantage.
Technical & Domain Understanding
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including backlog management, workflows, reports, and sprint tracking.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams.
- B2B payments or fintech domain experience is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15 years of overall experience with 5+ years dedicated as a Product Owner.
- Proven track record of working with multiple Agile Scrum teams.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, backlog refinement, and sprint execution.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, integrations, architecture basics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong business and commercial awareness.
- Experience in B2B payments or financial technology is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFE PO/PM.
- Experience working in global matrix organizations.
