The Marketing Team is one of the biggest teams at Fever, and it's why they provide services to almost every single department. Through data and research, their work is to design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer.

Some of the teams within the marketing department are Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, or Creative Optimization.

About the role

  • Develop and execute robust marketing strategies for exclusive B2B experiences and partnerships, aligning with Fever’s global goals and brand vision.
  • Take ownership of a global scope, designing and implementing strategies that span across five continents where Fever is present.
  • Design and implement performance-driven digital marketing campaigns with high visibility, leveraging channels such as Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Optimize the digital presence of your campaigns by employing SEO best practices, managing SEM strategies, and ensuring all digital content aligns with search performance goals.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI.
  • Take ownership of your region’s P&L and effectively manage a significant marketing budget to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Copywriting teams to provide strategic direction and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovate marketing approaches to drive success for Fever’s unique offerings.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms.
  • You have a strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • You possess a native or bilingual level of English; a second language is a plus.
  • You have a background in marketing, with experience in B2B environments.
  • You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.
