Overview
As B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts targeting business-to-business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, end-to-end program management, client acquisition, and B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, foster client relationships, and enhance brand awareness within the B2B sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to achieve growth targets within the B2B market segment.
- Marketing Communications: Craft compelling messaging and content tailored for B2B audiences across various channels including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels.
- End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
- B2B Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools, materials, and programs that support the conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, and monitor and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics continuously.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing roles with a track record of success in marketing communications, program management, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, trends, and best practices. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite).
