B2B Lead Generation Specialist

And we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to start immediately!
Client's Industry: Marketing/Advertising Agency: Small, fully remote marketing agency focusing on strategic campaigns and client management.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Lead generation (using Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, and manual scraping).
2.) Email outreach with the goal of appointment setting.
3.) Campaign support (e.g., webinars, cold prospecting campaigns).
4.) Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
• Must have experience working with Apollo.io, Hubspot, and Lemlist for lead generation, sequencing, and outreach campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead nurturing and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in marketing or agency environments is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) with professional presentation skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage outbound outreach tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

• Apollo

• Paid search platforms
• SEO tools
• Email outreach platforms.
• Wrike (Nice to have)
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
