The B2B Lead Generation Content Specialist is a critical marketing position the helps build the new-business pipeline through content marketing activations. In this marketing position, you will be responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop a strategic content marketing calendar that drives awareness and lead conversions on all B2B websites and platforms.PositionB2B Lead Generation Content Specialist (On-Site)LocationUSA, Louisville, KY

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Lead all activities related to managing and executing the B2B lead generation email campaign calendar.

  • Execute, design, and deploy outbound lead generation email campaigns.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and manage inbound channel-specific customer journey campaigns.

  • Conduct segment research & A/B testing for campaign innovation.

  • Maintain B2B customer database hygiene in accordance with data retention policies and laws.

  • Own database segmentation for all email campaign work.

  • Partner with agencies and other marketing vendors to facilitate impactful, cost effective assets that drive lead conversion.

  • Lead all inbound and outbound campaign execution in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

  • Provide regular email campaign and lead conversion metrics to marketing and sales leadership with emphasis on campaign ROI.

  • Lead execution of B2B website enhancements to increase lead engagement and conversion.

  • Manage all lead-related website and digital marketing dashboards, regularly reporting key digital KPIs to marketing and sales leadership.

  • Manage all lead generation keyword campaigns to optimize conversions while minimizing costs-per-click.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 3 years of Marketing, Sales or Commercial experience

  • Experience with B2B marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing, social media, and CRM systems

  • Experience building and managing email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with advertising agencies to plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices and tools

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other platforms

  • Previous experience managing creative projects and agency vendors

  • Creative and analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to work hard and contribute positively to a unique, fun, and exceptional company culture

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working in an Advertising Agency environment
